What Is Bulk Optimization?
Bulk Optimization runs the full audit-and-rewrite pipeline across your whole catalog at once. Upload an Excel file with up to 100 ASINs, and each listing is pulled live from its marketplace, scored against the 12 ranking criteria, and rewritten by AI: title, Item Highlights, five bullets, description, and backend search terms.
Add target keywords per ASIN and the AI prioritizes them wherever they fit naturally. The results come back as one Excel file, one row per listing, ready for Seller Central or a bulk feed.

What does the Excel file need to contain?
Three columns on the first sheet: ASIN (required), Marketplace (optional, defaults to US), and Target Keywords (optional, guides the AI rewrite). Download the template above to start from a working example. Invalid rows are skipped and reported, never silently dropped.

How long does a run take?
Listings process two at a time, at roughly 20 to 40 seconds each, so 20 ASINs take about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep the tab open while it runs; you can stop at any point and download what's finished.
What happens if one listing fails?
The run keeps going. Failed rows appear in the output file with the reason (for example, an ASIN that doesn't exist on that marketplace), so nothing blocks the rest of your catalog.
What is in the output file?
One row per ASIN: status, SEO score, the new title, Item Highlights, all five bullets, description, backend search terms, the AI's rationale, and your original target keywords for reference.
