Getting started
What is Amazon SEO Ranking?
Amazon SEO Ranking is a web tool for Amazon sellers. It audits a product listing against Amazon's ranking and content rules, rewrites non-compliant copy with AI, checks how many people search a keyword on Amazon each month, and can run all of that across an entire ASIN portfolio in bulk.
Do I need an Amazon Seller Central account to use it?
No. The tool only reads the public product page for the ASIN you enter, the same page any shopper can see. It never connects to Seller Central and never changes anything on Amazon.
Can I try it without creating an account?
Yes. Every tool has a free demo using a sample listing or sample keywords, with no account and no cost. It's the fastest way to see the full experience before running a real audit.
SEO Audit
How is the SEO score calculated?
Each listing is checked against 12 ranking criteria grouped into six categories: Title & Item Highlights, Bullet Points, Images & Video, Reviews & Social Proof, Stock & Fulfillment, and AI-Readiness (how well the copy works with Amazon's Rufus and COSMO AI search). Every criterion and category is scored 0 to 100, and the overall score is the average of all 12.
Which marketplaces can I audit?
19 Amazon marketplaces, including the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. Use the ASIN exactly as it appears on the marketplace you select, since the same ASIN can carry different content and a different score in each country.
How long does an audit take?
About 10 to 20 seconds. The tool fetches the live listing from the selected marketplace and grades it in real time, so results always reflect what shoppers see right now.
Will running an audit change anything on my listing?
No. An audit only reads the public product page. Nothing is changed on Amazon unless you manually copy suggested fixes into Seller Central yourself.
AI Copy Rewriter
What does the AI Copy Rewriter actually rewrite?
Five parts of a listing: the title (60 to 75 characters, Brand + Product + attribute format), Item Highlights (up to 125 characters), exactly five benefit-led bullet points with sentence-case headers, the description, and backend search terms that never repeat the visible keywords.
Can I edit the AI's suggestions?
Yes. Every part has Copy, Edit, and Ask AI buttons. Ask AI can rewrite just that part, down to a single bullet point, based on instructions you type. There's also a Regenerate from scratch button for a full new pass.
Does the AI make up product details?
No. It only uses facts already present in the real listing data. If a detail is missing, it writes around it rather than inventing specs, certifications, or claims.
Bulk Optimization
What file format does Bulk Optimization need?
An Excel (.xlsx) file with an ASIN column (required), and optional Marketplace and Target Keywords columns. A ready-to-use template is available for download on the Bulk Optimization page.
How many ASINs can I process at once?
Up to 100 per file. Listings process two at a time, at roughly 20 to 40 seconds each, with a live progress list. You can stop the run at any point and download whatever finished.
What happens if some ASINs in my file fail?
The run keeps going. Failed rows are reported in the output file with the reason (for example, an ASIN that doesn't exist on the chosen marketplace), and they never block the rest of the batch. Invalid rows in the upload, like malformed ASINs or duplicates, are skipped and listed by row number rather than silently dropped.
What's in the output file?
One row per ASIN with status, SEO score, the new title, Item Highlights, all five bullets, description, backend search terms, the AI's rationale, and the failure reason for anything that didn't succeed.
Keyword Volume
What does the Keyword Volume tool show?
The approximate monthly Amazon search volume for up to 100 keywords at once, averaged over the past 12 months for the marketplace you choose, sorted from highest to lowest demand.
What does "No data" mean next to a keyword?
That keyword is searched too rarely on that marketplace to measure reliably. That's useful information on its own: it's usually not worth spending limited title or bullet space on.
Which marketplaces are supported for keyword volume?
14 marketplaces: the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, and Australia.
Plans and pricing
What's included for free?
A free account (sign up with email or Google) includes 3 full real audits per month with AI fixes included. Only successful audits count against the limit, and it resets on the 1st of each month. On top of that, the demo on every tool is free forever with no account needed.
What do the paid plans add?
Pro ($29/month) includes 100 audits per month, Bulk Optimization for full portfolio runs, and real Keyword Volume lookups. Agency ($79/month) raises that to 500 audits per month with priority support, plus white-label reports and API access coming later. Both are launching soon — the waitlist on the Pricing page gets the launch price first.
I've used all my free audits this month. What now?
Your quota resets on the 1st of the month. Until Pro launches, the free demo on every tool remains available at no cost in the meantime.
Privacy and data
Is Amazon SEO Ranking affiliated with Amazon?
No. It's an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
What data does the tool access?
Only the public product page for the ASIN you enter, exactly as a shopper would see it. No Seller Central connection, no Amazon account access, and no changes are ever made to your listing.
