Agreement

These terms govern your use of amazonseoranking.com (the "Service"), operated by Pedro Rocha, an individual based in Portugal. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Amazon SEO Ranking audits Amazon product listings against a set of ranking criteria and can generate AI-suggested rewrites of listing copy (title, bullet points, description, backend search terms), individually or in bulk, and reports Amazon keyword search volume. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Accounts and plans

You need an account for real (non-demo) audits, AI rewrites, bulk runs, and keyword checks. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. The Free plan includes a limited number of audits per calendar month. Pro and Agency plans, with higher monthly limits and additional features, are shown on our Pricing page.

Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed directly by us; payments are processed by Stripe, who handles payment collection and calculates applicable sales tax/VAT on each charge. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the plan renews automatically (monthly or annually, as you chose) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by contacting us. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or the access controls on the Service.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our permission.
Use the Service to process listings you don't have the right to audit or modify.
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or Amazon's own seller policies.

AI-generated content

Scores, rewritten copy, and keyword data are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that don't fit your specific product or marketplace rules. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it to a live Amazon listing. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, sales, or compliance outcome from using the Service, and we're not responsible for actions Amazon takes on your listings or account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the listing data, keywords, and files you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to process them (including sending them to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide the Service to you.

Our content

The Service itself — its design, code, and branding — belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the Service as intended.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk to the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, lost rankings, or Amazon account actions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes, particularly once Pro pricing and billing launch. We'll update the date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
